Katanning is situated in the heart of Western Australia’s Great Southern Agricultural Region on both the
Great Southern Highway
and the
Great Southern Railway.
The town offers a large range of historic sites and places of interest for the travelling public whether just passing through or staying for a while.
And, being centrally located, it is an ideal ‘hub’ to visit the rest of this amazing region with a number of easy self-drive return day trips to interesting and exciting places.
